Hello There! After viewing the bottled water ministry video... what would it take to get one going locally here... would I need a minister/pastor to also attend as well as others... or can a group of believers do it?

The Plaza... in the small town of Arcata, CA... is where all of the college students go every Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat... (there is not much to do in this area...) to drink at the five bars... (I was one of those students...) anyhow... there is a young adult movement awaiting direction... many youth ready for action... would this be a difficult thing to begin?
